Green Team Project is thrilled to announce a partnership with ECOS Education to provide free environmental curriculum to schools and teachers through their Educate & Act® Program.

Educate & Act® was created to make it easy for teachers to deliver a single classroom unit or a year-long environmental program. All the necessary tools, resources and materials required to teach a unit are provided.

The curriculum is designed to be used in grades 3-12 and covers a wide range of topics including recycling, energy, water, air quality, trees, and endangered species, to name a few. There are also many opportunities for students to tell their story and educate others through outreach campaigns and events.Children truly want to make a difference in the world and do things to help our environment. Educate & Act® offers them an engaging curriculum that gives them a voice.

The program was initially introduced at Ocean Palms Elementary School in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. It is now in its third year at the school where students in grades 3-5 are educating their fellow students about the environment.

Educate & Act is now part of the curriculum in nearly 70 schools nationwide.
