| Our Duval County, FL affiliate serves as the location of the Green Team
Project's main office as of November 2001. The affiliate offers two programs, the GTP
Residential Green Team Program and the GTP Business Program (still in
its pilot phase).
Duval County, FL Residential Green Team Program
The Green Team Project's Residential
Program focuses on individuals and their households. Our goal is to
make it easy and fun for
people to save money by reducing their impact on the environment.
Approaches
We
offer various methods that empower people to change their behavior as
well as that accommodate different schedules and preferred learning styles.
These approaches include:

Green teams (most effective,
fun, thorough and relaxing approach)

Workshop series
(less in-depth approach but more flexible in
scheduling)

Self-study course (available via
email or regular mail; self-motivated approach)

Duval County GTP Business Program
Approach
The GTP Business Program works by assessing your business
practices and the behaviors of your employees. We will work on the
low-hanging fruit, the easy to implement changes that will make the
most fiscal sense and provide greater environmental responsibility
on the part of the business.
